Data Controller
Personal data you submit through this website is processed by the data controller conducting sales and marketing for The Rove Tuzla, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data Collected
The contact form collects only: your full name, phone number, email address, the layout you are interested in and any message you write. In addition, your IP address and a timestamp are recorded at the moment of submission in order to prevent abuse.
Purpose
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide information about the project and carry out the sales process. It is not shared with third parties, sold, or added to advertising lists without your consent.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK. You give this consent by ticking the box before submitting the form.
Retention
Data is kept for at most two years after your enquiry is concluded, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to info@therovetuzla.com.
